What does the free tier actually include?: Calendar, chores, lists, voice add, and a curated photo screensaver — all of it, on the wall and in everyone's pocket. Up to 4 family members, 1 wall display, and 1 Google account per parent. Indefinite, not a trial.
What about my own family photos?: Personal photo upload is a Plus feature. Your photos replace the curated rotation on the wall. Free tier still gets a beautiful screensaver — just a curated one, not your own family.
Will my Plus price ever go up?: If we change the price for new sign-ups, we honor your original price for as long as you stay subscribed. We watched what Cozi did to its long-time members and we will not do that.
Is the lifetime tier real?: Yes. $149 once. We honor it for the life of the product. No annual upgrade asterisks, no "foundational members" rugpull. If we ship it, we mean it.
Do I need to buy a special tablet?: No. Den runs on the iPad you already have, the Fire HD on the kitchen counter, an Android tablet, or any browser. We publish a tested-devices list so you know what works.
What about Outlook or iCloud calendars?: Google first. Outlook arrives in v1.5 and iCloud after that. Our quality bar is that sync has to be airtight before we add a new provider.
What if I cancel?: Your data stays yours. You can export it, or downgrade to Free and keep using it within the free-tier limits. Nothing held hostage.
